In March 2007 we were involved in the supply and installation of a low level sand reclamation and new 50 tonne silo for Furniss & White Foundries Ltd
The plant consisted of:
- VD9(S) attrition unit and dust hood
- VE9 (special) vibratory ladder
- Hot sand surge hopper
- Hot sand PA3 pneumatic conveyor
- 50 tonne sand silo
- Removal, modification and re-erection of existing sand silo
- Re-location of existing cooler classifier
- Fully automatic control panel to work in conjunction with a Heaton Green new dust extractor
- New pneumatic conveying pipework and water pipework
