In March 2007 we were involved in the supply and installation of a low level sand reclamation and new 50 tonne silo for Furniss & White Foundries Ltd

The plant consisted of:

VD9(S) attrition unit and dust hood
VE9 (special) vibratory ladder
Hot sand surge hopper
Hot sand PA3 pneumatic conveyor
50 tonne sand silo
Removal, modification and re-erection of existing sand silo
Re-location of existing cooler classifier
Fully automatic control panel to work in conjunction with a Heaton Green new dust extractor
New pneumatic conveying pipework and water pipework
