Russell Ductile Castings

In April 2007 we were involved in the installation and assistance of various new and refurbished equipment at Russell Ductile Castings Ltd

The plant consisted of:-

New Amine drum enclosure and distribution to three core machines including bifurcated fan and associated ductwork
New pair of resin tanks complete with legally required bund tank
Two new pump packs and electrical controls to fit two existing sand mixers
Refurbishment of existing compaction table
Testing and modifation of existing gassing generator
Testing and re-delivery of four existing hydraulic mould manipulators
Installation of recently purchased new sand mixer
New gravity roller track loop to work in conjunction with refurbished compaction table
New PA3 pneumatic conveyor complete with double reception blowing panel and associated pipework and bends
