Vanguard Foundry
In January we were involved in the supply and installation of a full low level sand reclamation plant at Vanguard Foundry Ltd.
The plant consisted of:
- a VD9 attrition unit and dust hood
- VE9 vibratory ladder
- T9 cooler classifier and fluidising fan
- PA3 pneumatic conveyor
- Mechanical shake dust extraction and ductwork
- Water cooling tower and water pump
- Control panel for the sequential starting of the plant
- water pipework
- 5" pneumatic conveying pipework and anti-wear bends
