Sand Heaters

The Foundry Machinery and Spares range of Sand Heaters are designed to give the customer full control over the sand temperature before it enters the sand mixer, improving production times during winter months.

The operator controls the sand temperature by a series of temperature controllers.

Fluidised sand is passed through a series of chambers , each chamber has its own temperature controller, as sand comes to the required temperature the next bank is turned off ensuring out-let temperature is the required setting.
