Powder Feeders

FMS offer a range of micro-batch powder feeders designed to be fitted to the FMS range of Triton continuous sand mixers, however, the micro-batch feeders can be retrofitted to our competitors’ equipment if required

The MBF Micro-Batch Feeder is designed for continuous volumetric feeding of powdery or granular materials consists of a steel-reinforced SINT® engineering polymer body (optionally body entirely manufactured in stainless steel)

MBF Key benefits

• SINT polymer body
• Horizontally mounted rotating agitator tool driven by AC motor and gearbox
• Horizontally mounted feeder screw beneath the agitator tool controlled AC motor and gearbox controlled by AC Inverter
• Enclosed feeder pipe enclosing the protruding feeder screw, one drive unit each for agitator and feeder screw
